Rob Kraus
President and Chairman of the Board


Rob Kraus is the founder, Chairman of the Board, and President of Secure the Cure. His primary focus is to ensure the objectives of the not-for-profit organization are met and donations are distributed effectively to achieve the organizations mission.

Rob is also the Director of Research at Solutionary, Inc. Rob has over 10 years experience in the Information Security community and frequently speaks at major industry conferences and events. He has also served as a board member for the Alamo chapter of the Information Systems Security Association.

Rob has authored and contributed to several books and has written articles for industry magazines and journals. He also speaks at universities and educational events to help support the education of those who are new to the information security field. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology/Software Engineering Degree with honors from the University of Phoenix.






Matt Hajda
Secretary and Vice President of Technology and Finance


Matt Hajda is a Lead Information Security Analyst for a large bank located in San Antonio, TX and serves as President for the Alamo chapter of ISSA, the Information Systems Security Association.

In addition to several years of board service with ISSA, he also serves as treasurer of Toastmasters 181 Club. Matt received his Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems from Texas State University where he graduated with honors, and his Master's degree in Information Technology with an emphasis in Infrastructure Assurance from the University of Texas at San Antonio.










Jon Strandlie
Vice President of Marketing and Events
 
 
Jon's primary focus is fundraising and event planning for Secure the Cure. He has engaged and worked with multiple charitable organizations over the last 10 years.

Jon's primary occupation is a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones.

Jon has been a supporter of a worldwide ministry organization called "The Navigators" and has counseled ministers in fundraising methods. Jon is also a Mason and Shrine Clown where his primary duty is to bring a smile to disabled children and raise funds and awareness for The Texas Shriners Children's Hospitals.

Jon has also participated in The Leukemia & Lymphoma Societies Man & Woman of the year fundraising campaign. He ran a ten week campaign in concert with hundreds of other individuals across the nation who were managing their own campaigns. His contributions helped his San Antonio fundraising group raise in excess of a record $500,000 in donations.
Jon also holds a degree in Microbiology from the University of Texas at Arlington.
