Over the last decade many great advancements have been made in the field of cancer research and assistance for those affected by cancer. This steady progress has provided many individuals, families and friends with the hope of advancing closer to a cure for different types of cancer. Donating to Secure the Cure helps ensure research efforts continue and people affected by cancer have assistance while undergoing treatment. Donor Levels

Corporations and individuals wishing to make donations to Secure the Cure are able to so by selecting contribution amounts based on "donor levels". Upon successfully contributing to a selected tier, the corporation or individual will maintain tier status for the current fundraising year. The annual fundraising year starts January 1st and ends December 31st of each year.

The current donor levels and donation amounts are:

Platinum Donor - $2,500+
Gold Donor - $1,500
Silver Donor - $1,000
Bronze Donor - $500
Friend - $20+

Foundation Donors

During the initial fundraising phase of Secure the Cure, individuals and corporate sponsors have the unique opportunity to earn "Foundation Donor" status.

Foundation Donors earn permanent placement on the Secure the Cure web site being identified as those individuals and organizations contributing to building the initial foundation of Secure the Cure.

Foundation Donor status can be earned by contributing a donation of $1500 or more before December 31, 2012. For more information on becoming a Foundation Sponsor, please email Rob Kraus.

Not-for-Profit and 501(c)(3) Status

Secure the Cure is a registered Not-for-Profit Corporation as filed with the Texas Secretary of State. Secure the Cure has been granted 501(c)(3) charitable organization status by the Internal Revenue Service.

Donor Information Disclaimer

Secure the Cure uses personal information including name, address, telephone number, and email address when a donor voluntarily provides this information. This information is kept on file for IRS purposes and is also used in our development and communication activities.

Secure the Cure does not sell, trade, or share its donor list or send out mailings on behalf of other organizations.
